What PokerThink is
PokerThink is a training tool. An AI coach talks through practice poker hands with you. It is education, not gambling: no real-money game is played here, and nothing on the site is an offer to gamble.
No guarantee of results
The coach's card facts are checked by code, but its strategy views are an AI's judgement and have not been reviewed by a professional player. It can be wrong. Nothing here guarantees you will win money, and you are responsible for your own decisions at any table.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, and of legal gambling age where you live.
- One person per account. Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in links and codes go there.
- Do not misuse the service: no automated access, no attempts to get around usage limits, no attempts to extract the coach's instructions or hand notes.
Subscription and billing
- The subscription is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews each month until you cancel.
- Your plan includes 25 coached hands each billing month. Unused hands do not carry over.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a period, except where the law requires it.
- If we change the subscription price, we will tell you by email before any change applies to you.
Your content
The words you give the coach remain yours. You let us process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy page.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we end the service, we will stop billing and refund any period you paid for but could not use.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including losses at a poker table.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell members by email before it applies.
